Decline? Last I checked PS3 has games that are in 720 while the xbox360's games are in 1080p. And yet still the xbox360 versions has better textures and is running much faster FPS.

I have seen games with no load screens, on those the trick is there is 1-2 seconds of nothing. Another trick is there is a draw in of the battle field but it is not ready to fight yet. Example is xenosaga, you see some of the characters but they are not yet ready to fight for a few seconds.

I pitty the fool that buys the current version! You will pay more, AND get less harddrive. And have the largest console in the last 20 or more years, I've seen VCR's smaller than the PS3.

1 Higher frames per second (it is a direct testiment to processing power) that is why it is used to rate PC video cards.
2 PS3 has a limit of 256meg for texture quality xbox360 has up to 512 for texture quality. Texture is what makes the surface of the characters, and buildings, and objects, and environments look good (or bad).

Why not bundle it with a game like Wii did with wii sports? Get a easy access copy cat strategy like Nintendo did and ensure mass penetration. It is not like the 3.99 billion dollars they made last quarter is going to get used soon anyway. Just thrown in the money pile they have.

I don't know about PS3 having a cap or not. I'll take your word for it. But xbox360 does not have a cap. It will use every drop of broadband. Even a T3 at work (it was after hours I swear)! Even if there is a cap on PS3. I have one friend that has a PS3, even though he is just one he said plugging it in caused it to have rare lag. But wireless he always had problems. So I don't think these people are idiots for disagreeing with you. Just my observations no big deal.
Best buy just confirmed you can't get a refund or trade for a differnet product on a extended warranty. Only the 30 day warranty.

This is the begining of the off season for game consoles. The video game industry is seasonal. It will sale a lot leading up to Christmas. Then do good in January from the people that have their new consoles for gifts. Then drop from there on, but especially when it starts to become NICE outside(which in most places is around April). People tend to go outside more, and play less video games.

Obviously more xbox fans are online tonight. That will change. But it is refreshing to see even temporary reasonableness. If this is the excuse (recession) and the recession will last at least into 2010 then I think PS3 may as well hold there best games until late 2010. Because according to PS3 fans Sony is losing money on the machine and the recession is keeping people from buying it. So what happens when another 600,000 are laid off next month? (hint even less sales).
Microsoft is also in the recession, and they sold MORE than they did last year. They where also cheaper last year, as well as this year. So that is not a excuse.
Also before the recession they where stumping PS3. Always a excuse. The games on the PS3 cost $59 dollars the games on the 360 cost $59 dollars. So since there are 40% more xbox console they should sell 40% more games. Except they seem to sale 300% more games! This is even happens with most multi platform games!
