For me, its great that souls games strive for a different kind of narrative, one that particularly appeals to players who involve themselves.

Besides, it is really commendable of Namco & From Software to have ported a game over to the PC simply based on fan uproar. Despite the port being so bad, they actually listened to the request of the community (unlike most companies) and this gives them invaluable experience and feedback towards the future.

The only reason this happens is because they want to charge us $40 instead of $15 for this crap.
