yep. Its a fair price. I'm not crazy about being forced to buy kinnect, but for that (weaker) console and that particular game it is more attractive. I'm going to wait it out though. $350 is where I will jump in. I want to see whats going on with the elop situation and the big wigs that jumped ship on both sides (microsoft and sony).
Yep textures were shit. I think maybe were downgraded due to 3d support. Plus the oaf button sequence fights sucked as did the boat yard with the abhorigini pirate with the cowboy hat. Aim was off in part of the campaign. Multi player wasn't as good as 2. Part 2 had one of the best and most addictive multi players around. And the graphics weren't downgraded.

The day i stopped chasing platinum trophies and gamer points I enjoyed games much more because I skipped shit games so I could enjoy multiplayer and play games that matter; more importantly I have more time to spend with my wife and kids.
I'm not locked into looking for crap or doing other repetitive shit. Although with infamous second son and mafia 3 i will chase the platinum. (I have to really like the game)
