Hmm, let's see. Last time i check and cmiiw too, the only western games that not indies and exclusive for 3DS are:

- Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars
- Epic Mickey Power of Illussion
- Lego City Undercover.

So yeah between 3DS and vita, vita still had better support from western devs compare to 3DS...

Where's Atari, SNES, Sega Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, N64, Gamecube, and Xbox 1 number? Did the writer forgot to add them?

Can't wait to play Xblaze, Akiba's Trip, Senran Kagura, and other niche games from japan.

I wont say that era is over. But i hate to admit that mobile gaming is really dominant in this era. It has a big chunk of market that even a lot of western and japanese devs spent their time and money to develope games for mobile instead of handheld.

Personally, i still prefer handheld gaming such as 3DS and Vita (i'm a proud owner of both handheld) compare to smartphone. Touchscreen will never defeat buttons and d-pad / analog stick.

There's enough support from western devs for vita, including sony western studios. Here some of the list that i can think of not indies:

- Uncharted Golden Abyss
- KZ Merc
- Tearaway (it's sad that a lot of vita owner doesn't buy this game)
- LBP
- Resistance
- Sly Cooper 4
- PSABR
- AC Liberation
- CoD Declassified
- The Walking Dead
- The Wolf Among Us

Because this is a trailer for TGS 2013. It's a very old build compare to the one for E3 this year. Just look at the title still Project Beast but not Bloodborne.

I'm with you darkride. I'm playing The Walking Dead, Guacamelee, and Hotline Miami on my vita. Not to mention i had a lot of PS1 classic & PSP games that i need to finished and playing those games on vita is more comfortable than playing in a big screen.

Seriously i don't know why people act port and indies are like a curse.

Cmiiw, when the game released on november last year vita already sold like 6-7 million units worlwide. That means vita have a range of 5-6 million userbase. By my calculation it's enough to sell the game at least for 500k - 1 million copies worldwide. So yeah, i will not putting the blame entirely on sony.

And i don't blame people who already bought Tearaway. In fact i'm very gratefull there still gamer like you who wants to buy new IP with unique gameplay such a...

I understand every people had their own taste. But if they don't try new things than gaming industry will became stagnant. We already saw some effect where everyone tried to become CoD and that period are one of the worst thing that ever happen in gaming industry.

Where are the people who complaint about vita lacks of original / unique AAA when AAA game as amazing and unique as Tearaway needs a big help???

Because all i can see is yearly games like CoD, Fifa, or Asscreed still got big sales. Heck, even crappy CoD Declassified sold more than Tearaway, Gravity Rush, and Soul Sacrifice com...

Nice! I myself a veteran of DMC too. But now i can 100% understand why you very interested with Bloodborne but not with Demon's / Dark Souls.

About your 1st post, it reminds me a bit of World / Character Tendency from Demon's Souls. The enemies will be harder or easier depends on what we did with the world such as helping / killing NPC's. And what i heard in Bloodborne we still can do that.

First:
i'm not giving you disagree because i knew other people had their own taste. So what you said about you never huge on Demon's / Dark Souls will not offend me as a big fans of souls series.

Two:
If you interested with this game than that's good. But you should prepare yourself. Demon's / Dark Souls got a very challenging difficulty and a slow pace mechanic that rely on defense / counter attack and observe your surrounding / enemies.
