@grayfox
Sherry and Ashley can't do anything compare to Moira in this game. And what about RE Zero? practically you did co-op the whole game with Rebecca & Billy. But like i said, i only remembered classic fans praising the game.
8 years and it still 50-60% complete? WTF. After i got the feeling of "at last! this game still alive and soon i will playing it" but now that feeling just...banished into thin air :/
Oh well, i think i should forget this game completely and just buy Bloodborne, Persona 5, Tales of Zestiria, Ys, and Disgaea 5 ^^
Yeah and before Outbreak there's RE Zero where you must co-op between Rebecca and Billy. Hell, even in RE 2 there some co-op between Leon and Ada or Claire and Sherry. But all i seen are people praised both RE Zero and RE 2.
In RE Zero you 'babysit' AI and lots of classic RE fans praised the game for the "partner zapping" system, which from the gameplay trailer capcom decided to use it again on Revelations 2. So i'll suggest you to play the game first before complaining.
"I've never played one of these games. They're getting absurd now"
Lol you never played any Yakuza games so how the hell you can judge the series getting absurd???
Gonna buy this after some kind-hearted people make a complete english walkthrough for it, just like Y5 and Ishin. So yeah, i'm done waiting for sega to localize every new Yakuza game.
"adrenaline based shooter"
Than go play your crappy Colonial Marines
12-15 hours are good to have enough scared when the Alien hunt your ass and nailed it with his tail XD
No, not just with Evil Within but survival horror will make a glorious comeback with Alien Isolation, RE Remaster & Revelations 2, Until Dawn, Silent Hills, Dying Light, Fatal Frame 5, Soma, Alone in the Dark: Illumination, and more.
That...remind me a bit of Persona opening
@felis rufus
You didn't read the article and i guess you never play Disgaea, which means you don't have a clue of what Niikawa said about Disgaea 5 story is more friendly to newcomer.
Get them both with Yukiko and Naoto too. Harem way is the best >:D
sigh...than i must postpone my date with rise-chan to dancing all night for next year T_T
If i'm not wrong, in the old versus trailer Noctis fighting a female dragoon knight on some airship and the rumour that she will join Noctis party after we defeat her. I hope that female character still there and Nomura not changed her design.
I will buy and enjoy both games while other people busy complaining or bitching who had more action and less survival horror between the two.
Don't know for other people but this year is one of the best year for me. Lots of exciting gaming news from Bloodborne, Wild, Tomorrow Children, Persona 5, Tales of Zestiria, new Ys, new Zelda, Fatal Frame 5, Silent Hills, Phantom Pain looks awesome, etc.
I also played a lot of great games such as Bravely Default, Tales of Xillia 2, Deception 4, Drakengard 3, SMT IV, Danganronpa, Strider, etc. But there still 3 months left where i need to play games like Alien Isolation, ...
"The Tekken 7 roster just keeps growing bigger"
*looks at Catalina*
yeah...the roster...keeps...getting...big ger...emmmm :3
I bet one bucks that one of Noctis friends will betray him. My money is on Ignis.
Anyway, i craved a medieval / dark knight characters in main FF (not the online number) like Kain from FF IV or the judges from FF XII. Their armor always looks cool compare to boring standard clothes like this one. I wonder if SE will return to medieval setting for FF XVI and hiring Yoshitaka Amano or Akihiko Yoshida as character designers.
The revival of survival horror ^^
We've got Alien Isolation, Until Dawn, Evil Within, RE Remaster + Revelations 2, Fatal Frame 5, Silent Hills, Dying Light, Soma, Alone in the Dark: Illumination, and now this. But hopefully, capcom considering to make Clock Tower 4. The series got MIA on last gen.
- Party is male only?
- Noctis is the only playable character?
- Eksploration only with car or foot?
Maybe those are demo only but now i got more cautious, especially after the game only 50-60% complete (after 8 f*kin years) and Nomura leaving the project.
