Yup, that's the thing i worried the most. Look at Valkyria Chronicles. Sega doesn't localize the 3rd game or even port it for PS3 and now they made it as social game crap. So i'm worried that SMT / Persona will have the same fate like Valkyria Chronicles :(
Well, i'm sure i can't sleep well tonight. Maybe will have tons of nightmare of how sega killed persona, smt, etc >.<
I prefer Sony than Sega. At least Sony still localize all of their game even though it doesn't reach their sales target. But Sega? They're the pain in the ass!

Just look at Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell. Yes, she's a cyborg with busty body and often wearing clothes that show lots of her skin (well sometimes she's naked too). But she also a squad leader for anti-terorrist division, a hacker with super class level, and she can kicked terorist ass any day. I don't mind to see more women characters like Motoko / Quiet in video games.
Even Sunny in MGS4 had more depth compare to Cortana ;)
Ironicly, we never saw an article about "How CoD need to evolve to stay relevant" from western journalist. When japanese devs pumped new JRPG's with different approach & mechanic every year compare to copy & paste CoD, and we still see this kind of topic for JRPG -_-

Tales series don't need to reinvent itself because it already had it's own charm compare to other JRPG. If Namco change it and stray too far from it roots, than it will not the same series i used to luv it anymore. Just look at FF XIII.
