YS is so different than Zelda. The artsyle, the music, even the gameplay are different despite both have RPG / hack & slash vibe. Don't understand why you need to make comparison between YS and Zelda.

Zero Escape 3 still long. Maybe next year. So you should try Muramasa Rebirth, Tearaway, and Ys Celceta.
Also Dokuro seems fun and unique if you loved platforming with puzzles.
Next year there's one title from indie dev that i really interested to play: Murasaki Baby. With Deception 4 (maybe i will get both PS3 & Vita ver), Gravity Rush 2, Soul Sacrifice Delta, and Oreshika 2, my Vita will get plenty of fun time ;)

Persona 3 also released for PS2 6-7 month after PS3 on the market. But back than i don't saw people bitching why Atlus doesn't make P3 & P4 for PS3.
I'm interested what kind of setting they will use in this new Siren. Because all three previous Siren games using japan and combine it with their myths as the background story. But we all knew the myth of Siren came from greek. So, maybe this time they're using european country as the main setting?
Where's the line that Hashino said he will not bring P5 for Vita? I don't see it.
But honestly i'm tired with people complaining why Persona 5 doesn't have PS4/Vita version. Just buy a PS3 and stop complaining will ya?!

Just like SoulSercher said, you can buy PS1 & PS2 classic of Persona 1, 2, and 3: FES. I suggest buy P3 FES because right now Atlus gave some discount for the game.
The developement of P5 already too far to include Vita version.
And Atlus doesn't have tons of worker to do a lot of big project in the same time. In two-three years, besides developing P5, they've also developing & testing the HD engine for Catherine and making P4: Golden. Not to mention another team also making SMT IV, Devil Survivor, SMT x Fire Emblem, and helping Vanillaware on Dragon's Crown.
If they spread the team too thin by making P5...
Well, Atlus port all Persona main title to handheld, so that's a big chance they will do it too.
Vita already got P4G. And even rhytym games isn't my cup of tea, but it has big fanbase in asia, especially in japan. Games like Project Diva, DJ Max Technica, or Idolmaster, always sold in high number in asia.
It's a smart move by SEGA / Atlus to broaden the audience of Persona for the anticipation of Persona 5. Because, if this games sold a lot (i'm sure it will because Persona 4 music really good), it will move Vita units + bring more potential buyers for Pers...

Next year we have english version of Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky 2nd chapter for PSN and PC. I hope western gamer buy the shit out of this, so we can get the 3rd chapter and the other Legend of Heroes (Trails of Zero, Trails of Azure, Trails of the Flash) asap.
