Almost 100% of things in CoD games is possible on the Wii. The only thing that this version is missing is Theater Mode, controlable air killstreaks and matches are 5 vs 5 instead of 6
Souldn't be worried about a Vita version at all.
Trust me, there isn't much differences between Windows 7 and 8. I added the basic start button by downloading Vistart and I'm happy with that. My PC is almost booting and running ALOT faster.
The worst thing is, games like Pikmin runs at 720p with 30 fps....and has minor frame drops
