DX12 won't change the hardware in Xbone but it sure can use it more effectively. LIKE ANY OTHER API FROM PREVIOUS CONSOLE generation, because every console has low-level coding. PC didn't have that for a long time and now PC have benefits with Mantle, later with DX12 and Vulcan. So, it won't bring nothing to Xbone cuz Xbone already have that what PC will have soon!
