treyarch need to make their guns more powerful every gun besides ak74u in blops sucked and it seemed like no gun had any decent range for the assault rifles besides g11
i think hammerfell or elsweyr would work. Somebody made a mod for oblivion that is the whole continent of elsweyr its pretty legit and gives you a taste of what beth could do with it.
