That was one year ago. Now they do, they're releasing Fable Legends day and date with crossplay and they're also releasing Xbox Live on Windows 10 basically.
A Turn10 developer is also going to speak in a session about "developing games on W10"....

To me it's really not an issue as I have a very fast connection.

Definitely true, however I feel that among the large companies, SCE is perhaps the one most inclined to favor experimentation.
As the developer said, it's not that Microsoft doesn't make great games, because they do, however they always aim at the blockbuster market.

Remember that Phil promised more PC games and it was even said that Fable Legends was just the first in a series of franchises coming to PC. Forza seems to fit the criteria.
