(I have no clue what the PC stores exclusives actually do) = Creat an account for that store and some stores install a game laucher.
The bad side, is if a game is more then one store, they may not be cross play, so Steam may not play with Windows Store or Epic, this is the only real problem.
This type off games would be best on the Switch, to use the controllers to it's best.
Nintendo is emulated on PC, PS Now is on PC and all Sony exclusives will eventually be on the service, so you can keep beeing PC only.

Gears 5 will be great, I will play it and maybe love it, but game of the year will problably go to Kojima's game because Kojima, or to the Sony Samurai game, that I have high hopes for.

Not liking a game is something, considering a game good is another, I dont like Metal Gear and yet I know it's a good game, this game is just garbage, the animations and grafics are very weak.
GoW on a Ps4 Pro is shit, game runs with crap frame rate, from 27fr to 60 fr, simply horrible, and the grafics mode as more frame dips then the normal PS4.
Looks like crap, rather have the originals run though OSSC, they look far better then this.
Not even comparable, E3 and PSx are far bigger tehn this.
Sony's games on pS4 are mere shadow of what they were on the PS3.
