That would hinder console sales since 90% of PC players pirate their games, they will release on PC 2 years later when the masses have bought the console version.

Last gen the X360 ruled the shoot-em-up with Cave's total support, Raiden, and a ton of other shoot-em-up's that never released on other consoles, plus the best shoot-em-up from Saturn and Dreamcast.
This gen many shoot-em-up are released only in Japan and in a small number of country's, games like Battle Garegga (and others) are only available to a select few, it's a pity they don't do more games like this, or make all of the last gen to this gen, that ...
They had a ton of Kinect Disney games on the X360.
