apparently we're not playing as Master Chief anymore. this game we're playing as the others, and being told their story, which is the back story to the war.
The game does not look great stop BullSh*tin! the game looks alright, not no great. I'm not going to argue about it being critically acclaimed or it being a AAA game, those are just opinions by the media.
MS is not trying their hardest to compete with sony. what are they doing?
the ps2 is a 6th generation console. The wii, we all know the wii is not competing in with the ps3 and the 360, if they were, their losing, they may have more sales but in terms of game quality they're losing.
(while we are playing basketball the wii is playing soccer)
But.. I do believe the 360 is competing with the ps2, after giving it some thought.

I'm trying to give the 360 a chance but, I don't feel like it deserves it.

for using their engine instead of cg. to me that's just rising the graphical bar to another level for console.
if this game graphic's does not get a 10, the reviewers are bias. people thought the the latest trailer was cg! and it's not! it's in-game.
not only that, the scale of the game is massive. It's a day 1 purchase.
games like this don't hold your hand, they just throw you in the deep end.
