Well if Nintendo aren't recognising some of the issues that consumers are having as problems, then of course they would say this.
I have lost almost all respect I had left for Ninty with the switch, from the announcement, to the console itself and with the launch. Proving themselves the company stuck in the past they are, and that really sucks.

9 years ago they had to spend time coming up with the map design from scratch, now all they have to do is up the quality.

I have a friend who delivers for Amazon. Basically Amazon hire contractors to deliver rather than hire their own staff and have been piling up the workload for years. Drivers used to have a certain quantity of deliveries to make per day, so the drivers would rush through them to get them done early, going without breaks etc . Amazon saw this as an opportunity to task them with more deliveries, as a result they are having trouble finding and keeping delivery drivers
