Get whichever offers most for you. It's not essential to subscribe to both to play the games.
And when it comes to games, same thing applies. When I get my ps4, I'll just buy exclusives for it as my friends are on xbox, and I prefer the controller, but everyone has their own preferences.
Horizon games are vastly different from forza numbered games. Ones a racing sim on tracks, the others an arcadey open world game.
I can view 1/4 thumbnail on my tablet and phone, and the comments section messes up fairly frequently

If 'winning' was about games, then gamers won, but if it's about attention and getting people talking about something, Microsoft won hands down. Unfortunately, no matter how you look at it, that announcement eclipsed everything else.

The sooner last gen is dumped, the sooner will will get more 'next gen' games. Cross gen is just holding devs back. I know many people who don't see the point of upgrading, as most games are coming out on 360 too.

Healthy competition is fine, and good for the industry, but a blown up 'war' has led to things like destiny exclusive content, tomb raider timed exclusive and much more to follow. That's nothing but bad news for the consumer.
In a 'console war', nobody wins.
I'd rather a company concentrate on giving the best service they can rather than fueling the childish notion of a war for 14 year olds.

I was gonna buy bf4 outright, but was cheaper this way. I've already 100% peggle, and I despise football/American football, but I still feel I'm getting my monies worth, I can only look forward to future games being added!
Was anyone else affected yesterday? It force closed bf4 and prompted me to buy the game or insert disc despite being an access subscriber. Sorted now, but was an issue for a few hours.
@MRMagoo I know 1 person with a ps4,the rest stuck with xbox. Out of last gen, only 3/4 people I know went for a ps3. Dunno what the sales are like in UK so don't know whether it's my friend group or not.
