The ps3's problem with multiplats will not carry over to ps4 the architecture of xbone and ps4 are very similar. Those exclusives you listed for ps3 were simply amazing compared to the 4 exclusives 360 had for the whole generation. Please shut up and educate yourself a little. You ignorant fanboy.

Sony gives you access to 18 free games at one time. They rotate in at least 3 free ps3 games and 1 new vita game each month. Microsoft also said they are only doing this up until November. You really try to hard.
You need to open your eyes. It has plenty of great games.

I'd say if you get a ps4, then you should definitely look in to picking a vita up as well. Remote play looks very promising. Otherwise there are still quite a few fun games that you may be interested in.
As grim said, they aren't going to release a new model with sales this poor. Once they do a price drop, if sales pick up (hopefully they will, it's a great machine) then they will start working on a new model.
Being realistic in a sales forecast for a console that's not selling well? I believe that's called logic. And they are still going to support it with remote play through ps4, which I can't wait for.
Everyone has their favorites, but I definitely wouldn't say 2 sucks.
Hacking is fine imho, but the problem comes when piracy starts. Piracy is why the vita has all the restrictions such as memory cards and is also one of the primary reasons behind this DRM shit.
