The CGI at the beginning was insane. It looked like real life actors.
The real-time footage looked dated.
I recall they said that the gameplay is more reminiscent to the Kingdom Heart series years ago. It was never meant to play out with an ATB bar or some sort.
What would we see?
Probably just 5 seconds of new footage and Noctis mumuring 2 words.
