Sony really needs a team to make beautiful-little-colorful creatures like Nintendo does. This area is almost always empty on PlayStation.
Only the first games will run on both consoles due to small installed base of PS5. This will be a natural financial choice for developers. And there are always those games that run even on PS3, they don't need much power.
And after all, the games are changing only in graphics ... more resolution, more FPS.

This is only a transitional period. XB as a console will not last much longer. MS is aiming to the PC market. I just do not know if Valve will make it easier on them.

They can lend the characters freely for other developers to use them. That's very interesting, actually. 🤔
