I bought The Witcher 3 on pre sale and, believe me, I have not played yet. I am very tempted to buy U4 now, but I must resist this temptation.

I think the problem was not she have given note 8 to Uncharted4 but she have given a smaller note that Tomb Raider. We no longer have the customization level of PS3. All new consoles are made with the same architecture and all games are developed as multi platform. PS Neo has nothing to do with it.

I have not seen any developer complaining about the frame rate, I saw exactly the opposite. The PS-VR has a separately processing unit to do it. The game graphics were poor because no company will spend millions developing a AAA game for a platform that sold zero to date. Best games will come when there is a good installed base for this. I do not think business is decided by having good relationships. They go where the money is. But I have to admit that some games have sold more in XBO (bit) because it has fewer games offer, then any new good game sells well. PS4 has more variety and competition is strong. It's harder to sell resoundingly well.
