Because XBOX is not BC with X360. The X360 games are emulated and need to be reprogrammed by Microsoft.

I still believe. The PS4 has a tablet processor. Imagine that same processor with 30% reduction in power running on a portable device like Vita. All games made for it would be compatible with PS4 as the PS4 games are compatible with Pro. Would be 60 million possible buyers of software on the day of release. Very attractive for producers.

Graphics always matter. It is a stupid statement to say the opposite. But gameplay is more important. Will always be first gameplay (games) then graphics. Only pc gamers think differently.

VR is a niche market. The companies involved need to cooperate with each other or that market will fail for all. Fanboys think that one technology is much superior to another when in fact it makes almost no difference, except by tracking system. PSVR was created because there wasn't a vr device with good price at the moment, not because the tech. If technology evolves into a good and cheap product Sony can abandon its proprietary format and use a third party device.
