That's what people have been saying. However, the Target Rep states the opposite. Hopefully the Rep is misinformed and we can all get our pre-order on (Y)
That's what I thought too after a bit of pondering, but a Target representative responded to my inquiry and they stated that they "filled" their pre-order spots...
It is pretty annoying and upsetting that these are disappearing quicker and quicker each time...

Lucario is a Toys R Us exclusive. I think the exclusivity is to drive up interest as well as encourage consumers to go to various stores instead of one, further increasing sales for multiple companies. And plus, it's bringing Amiibos constantly up in the news stream, since, well, we're talking about it
I agree, I'm sure there are different gameplans for different countries. IE: Japan doesn't have GameStop or BestBuy so they must be selling Shulk and Meta Knight somewhere else
I'll keep these in mind when comparing stuff in stores
