Yes it looks like Antialiased version of Halo 3 like graphics.
But, Yes 360 can upscale any game to any resolution with scaler chip. And HDTVs show 1920x1080 Progressive on their control panel.

Xbox360 version never slows down : solid 60FPS while playing (Not for replays and close ups)
Fact: Konami is still lastgen developer.
Its confirmed by a real Pes 2008 player (a neighbour) , just bought today: There are some frame rate drops while gameplay. (Especially in wide cam)
I played PEs 2008 on Xbox360. Theres no Slowdown, solid 60FPS ingame. (also in wide cam)

But Wii will be on top next week because of Super Mario Galaxy's launch.
If you buy a Xbox360 now, I bet you cant catch up the hits , There are so many hits and classics. You may drown in the AA and AAA games' pool.
