Damn this is awesome, I can't wait to play this at my friends.
Because normal people buy consoles to play games. And as of right now the 360 has more games that are better. It doesn't matter that the PS3 might be a bit more high tech.
Disc swapping doesn't bother me. The game does look amazing.
Looks more organized and I like how big everything is now.
The PS3 sales weren't very good also..
Xbox is last gen. The 360 is this gen.
But, Microsoft has done ALOT for the gaming industry.
Too bad a PS3 can not read a multi-layer BD =)
EDIT: I am talking about the 100GB BD which is 4 layers not 2.

The firmware update is not out yet, and it might not ever come out since they are only guessing that it will make existing drives compatible.
EDIT: Fine I was wrong =). To be fair I only guessed it wouldn't work.
EDIT: Ok so the PS3 maybe might be able to read a 100GB BD
18 dvds = 3 blurays
I'm pretty sure the 360 outsold the PS3 last year...
EDIT: I did research a bit but all I could find were US sales and UK sales in 2007 and the 360 outsold the PS3 in those.

I like the Microsoft strategy more, but it looks like the Sony strategy works better.
It's only 40$ a year. That's like 2 months of WoW.
I hope its on all the consoles because I am not a fanboy and it would be the best thing for gamers.
MS did show off Lips, the movie game and a new scene it.
They also announced FF13 for the 360.
@1.3 They also made a lot of FF fans that don't have PS3 very happy.
