If Switch was 50$ Cheaper with no extra bullcrap to buy (Pro Controller) I would instantly pre order it, but now I instead pre ordered Horizon Zero Dawn CE
and you have to pay for that....I expected Nintendo to step up their game when they asked for subscription for online. If they improved online to be comparable PSN/XBL I would be fine with paying monthly fee.
PS. Discord is free and can be used on any device with a web browser. There is free dedicated app too for majority of smartphone and computer os.
