When I start to play it, last thing on my mind will be to compare it with other versions. I'll leave that to kids, I have other stuff to do.
It looks great, stable, with great effects. I hope it is a good game, with interesting gameplay and story. Ill look forward to get it.

I played Shift with wheel, and it is not a bad game. However, there were few flaws that I cant forgive. Input lag and sometimes arcadey physics are worst, and if sequel can do that as it should be, rest of announced features is enough for Unleashed to be great game. And yes, graphics was very good.

If game is good nobody will think about graphics resolution. And if its not good, nobody will play it. Yes, i like when qame looks good, but you can not expect from developers to do something that would ask too much time, money and team resources. This video looks great, and that is all I see, so probably god game, right?

If you have an X360 only, you want to play F3, and PS3 only users will want to play GT5. As PS3 only user, I can only say I am glad we have GT5 instead of Forza, but if I had Xbox, F3 would be the 1st game I'dd play on it. You see, it's that simple, no need for hating or flaming here.
Edit: One largest difference between those two are in American and Eastern way of thinking. While respect both, here in EU sales number are speaking for itself.

If you play both A and B spec simultaneously, you'll have all cars needed and enough money to progress. Seasonal events are also a gold mine for cr and exp, and licenses as well as special events should be more than enough for everyone to be able to play without need to repeat same races too often. You can actually finish GT5 by purchasing only 4 cars, one of them is Formula GT, and I believe Ferrari, Lamborghini Gallardo and Nascar vehicle, not sure exactly. However, GT5 has its problem...
You are mostly right. But its a great game, best racer so far, and people are playing it inspite of flaws. If you are looking for unique racing experience, look no farther.
If its anything with MGS in the name, Ill. buy. Othervise, GT5 till GT6.
