How exactly was execution bad? The gameplay and everything was tight. But for me it wasn't halo. Gameplay wise at least. It was far more fast paced than usual. And the story was good, it was just different. If you were looking for the old trilogy it wasn't what you were going to get and people should have known this. It's a new saga for halo, and while many disagree with it, you can't tell me 343i didn't execute their ideas well.

The problem with what you said is that people liked Master Chief because of the fact that he was the silent type. He never said anything. He showed up, fucked shit up, and saved the universe. Which is why people were drawn to him. I did like the story still, but it was a drastic change and I'm not sure everybody wanted it. ESO is going to be exactly like SWTOR. It's going to pull in big numbers at launch because of its name, like others have stated. However, the gameplay is quite rough, and even though it is still in beta, it feels more like an alpha game. Also, it doesn't exactly cater to the MMO playerbase. While the game was a good idea, I can't see it being executed correctly since I've last played.

So many Nintendo titles... You're trying to tell me that Mario has a better soundtrack than games like The Last of Us and Halo. Especially Halo, it literally has one of the most iconic themes in all of gaming how can you ignore that?
Although it wasn't really a boss. The Trial of Archimedes from God of War: Ascension was a very hard section to play through. They nerfed it but it literally took me like 2 hours to beat it on the highest difficulty before they patched it.

Honestly the games are not even on the same level. Sure, GTA is fun, but the story for me at least, wasnt all that great. The gunplay is far better from GTA IV, but how could it have gotten worse? And I honestly don't have as many memorable moments from GTA when compared to TLOU.
