@DrStabwounds it's not just because people like different things, it's mostly due to laws. Try watching Hulu in Europe, you can't, unless you go through an american IP.

The calculation is based on "Worst-Case-Szenario" ;, as in every PSN user had a credit-card acount that has been hacked. AKA complete bullshit info.
I agree that the service was great (depending on the game), but you have to admit that three weeks is a long time.
my experience:
week 1: OK, no problem. shit happens
week 2: Hmm, must be something serious, hope they get it back online soon
week 3: They better hurry this up or I'm gonna sell my PS3 and buy an XBOX360 (joke, I have 66 PS3 games, so not really an option)
week 4: dunno yet, but I am losing my patience...
