MS might win a week or a day, which would prove MS are catching up, and the PS4 is doomed!!!

They haven't, so follow your own advice. They've said they aren't the ones developing last gen, that's all, if you don't believe me, find a source with someone from Square or CD confirming it's been cancelled, I'm not expecting a reply.
Even if they did cancel it now, it wouldn't make much of difference this late into development, as the game as been designed with last gen in mind, or do you think that magically changes once the last gen versi...
They say that, but somewhere along the line the last gen version(s) will hold it back, it's probably why on a technical level, they aren't even close.
If either wanted to be realistic Lara and Nate would have died ages ago (Lara before the game actually starts, as she would have drowned), I like to look at both as realistic looking cartoons.
Both look great, but one is a current gen only title, the other is cross gen, it's not really a fair comparison, Uncharted 4 looks better. On a technical level, the last demo was in a completely different league, to anything we've seen from TR2.
Having more can't hurt, but 2 million was the minimum they needed to be able to do it, Yu Suzuki has said 5 million would allow them do something they really want to do, and 10 million would allow them to make it a true Shenmue experience.
You'd be surprised, I recently played a bit of The Last of Us on PS3 and was blown away at had bad in looked compared to what I thought it did. But I think the reason it looks so blurry in the PS3 version is due to the motion blur, the PS4 version has removed it. It'd look much better in motion.
You're confusing a remaster with a remake. A Remaster is literally just improving the graphics (textures, lighting, particle effects etc), a resolution bump, and usually (but sadly not always) better frame rate, usually 60FPS, if it was originally capped at 30.
A remake, is them adding stuff and remaking old assets.
It'll probably do well in the long run regardless, maybe that's why Square aren't worried about releasing it on the same day as Fallout 4, the reboot sold incredibly well over time.
Looks great, Bluepoint delivering again, I hope they make their own game soon, must have a ton of experience.
It does, it was one of them first announcements for it. http://uk.ign.com/articles/...
Why has this a comparison added black bars around the PS4 version? Is it photo mode or something?
Read my comment again, I said nothing about removing Kratos, just that he should fill a new role, one that suits his character more, than pretend hero, because he's as evil as anyone else in the games.
Another Mythology could give the new guy power, as they saw what Kratos did to the Greek gods, GoW will have to open up to new mythologies, as all the important Greek Gods are dead, the new guy could be inspired by Norse Mythology, so he'll be a Viking, instead of a Spa...
I really want GoW4 to have a new protagonist (maybe the non Greek gods feared him, so got themselves a champion), and Kratos to be the antagonist, I think he'd be a really good villain (I know he arguably already is, as he pretty much got everyone killed on Earth, because he had to get revenge).
@bmwfanatic
Bingo, there's nothing to damage control, so why are you? Does positive Xbox news offend you?
@Big-finger
No, but Japan is a completely different market to Europe, Xbox was DOA in Japan when it released almost 15 years ago, and likely never will do well. They've always done well in Europe, just not as well as PlayStation, so sales starting to pick up is a good thing for Xbox.
Oh, and if the Xbox is getting outsold 9-1 on a ...
@bmwfanatic
Again one doing better, doesn't mean the others can't do well.
Do I think the Xbox One will outsell PS4 in Europe? No I don't even think it'll come close, but that doesn't mean it can't do well over there.
If you're so confident Xbox One will never catch up, why damage control? Especially when it really isn't damaging your platform of choice much.
Well considering it doubled from just the announcements, and not the actual products, can't be a bad thing can it? There's clearly demand for what they had to show, so when the stuff actually releases it will likely have a bigger impact on sales.
@bmwfanatic
The XB1 doesn't have to do better than the PS4, to do well, people seem to think one doing amazing = the rest doing terrible.
Same with the Tales From The Borderlands, but the wait times for that has almost ruined it for me.
Same here. I thought it was a good game overall, the combat is still great, the story (ignoring the Arkham Knight stuff, which I figured out about 2 hours in) was great, the city was amazing and I really liked the game's ending, but I just expected it to be great like Asylum and City, and it wasn't. The forced Batmobile stuff is my biggest issue, as I really didn't enjoy them, especially the hide and seek stuff with the big tanks towards the end, and all of the boss fights were te...
Sony should hire the person behind that, looks amazing.
