Both the LBP and Batman bundles would sell really well during xmas. I would be surprised if Sony didn't have a bundle during the holidays that didn't include LBP.
I think this guy is wrong. A lot of people that are hating on Blu-ray are saying dd are the future. So were flying cars back in the day but where are they now? Oh yeah, in Back to the Future II. MGS4 really felt epic.
It's funny that you only notice PS3 fanboys do that. Either way the PS3 didn't do bad. Sales have been pretty close all year except in june when MGS4 hit. Aside from that it's been pretty even here in the US.
They wont switch to casual because there's still a lot of money to be made with the "hardcore" crowd. As long as there's a damand someone will supply. As for LBP being casual, i like to think of it as a hardcore game with a casual masking.

Sony is awake. They have PLENTY of first party studios. They've lost some third party exclusives but so has the 360 (Bioshock!). Anyhow, you shouldn't worry about sony, they have a great lineup of games coming. If you're a PS3 owner you have nothing to worry about except having enough money to buy games.
Sony did remove b/c and memory card slots but they are also giving you more gigs in the newer sku's. It's give and take. I wouldn't call it gimping. And while we're on the subject, it's pretty hard to improve upon the PS3 hardware while the 360's hardware had to be improved upon. And if you desperately want to play your ps2 games then plug in your PS2!
