the only concern I have is price but they said they learn from their mistakes so I see a 399-499 dollar console. I doubt a DRM and used game thing will EVER happen
I think 8 is a reasonable say. They had some really nice gameplay at E3 and it was nice to know that it was all about games, BUT they still didn't clearify the used games policy and the always online DRM thing.
Nevertheless at least they improved by a lot since the X1 reveal back in May...

I can bet billions of dollars Sony isn't as anti-consumer and silly as MS. They know that what gamers want is none of the DRM crap. Even from the PS$ no DRM campaign, Sony responded and stated how they know what is right. not really, you see I loved the fact it was all about games and it was a nice presentation. They had some good looking exclusives and all but the reason I have not budged is because the restrictions are still there. I do not remember MS going through the restrictions and used game and always online policies. A want a game console where i own at least majority of the rights and other concepts. Also most of the games shown were multiplat so I mean like "whatever".

I was one of the 1,037 people because like all other hardcore gamers, I wanted a console for games not TV's. I am going on the PS4 ride as the Xbox One has too many restrictions and blurs the line of gaming. The X1 is for people who just want a pure TV box with a game addition. I am a hardcore gamer which is why the PS4 is for me.

Not really, Sony still have to show hat they support the PS3. If they released GT6 for both PS4 and PS4, there would have to be a huge difference between the two. I think it was smart because we have DriveClub for PS4 which imo looks simply stunning.
