No it doesn't. COD is menat to be a fun game you play with friends. Many people play cod with their friends because its fun and it supports playing with friends more than other games (on console in my opinion).

As long as you're subscibed, they are there forever. Also would you rather get a 6 years old game for keep, or a 1 year old game for as long as you're subscibed. Also if you take advantage of all the offers Sony give on PS+, you'll save alot.
