I'm really not one to post but you made me laugh, you played the "game" nicely. I really done care what your opinion is, nor do I agree/disagree with you. To sit here and throw statements around like a game is 10x better is all your opinion. Reviews are opinions. A lot of people like call of duty games, rightfully so, for every reason you described. Easy to pick up and play game that the average consumer can entertain themselves with. Anything wrong with that? Not in my mind, ...
What game has Sony charge a user for an online pass? THQ? For the exception of MMOs (DC Universe & FFXIV) and unreleased games (The Agency), I don't know of any, just a curious question.
I don't see a problem with online passes like EA have adopted. It's not like when buying the game new we had to pay extra for it. The only people this effects is the used game industry, now they can't charge 55.ooUSD for a recently traded in game or can they? Either way th...
@lolzers
I'm sorry, but I fail to see your side of the argument. Again, you bring the finacial aspect in. Wanting a product of any sorts, is completely separate of being able to afford that product. They are seperate arguements to me.
As for the large families, it's your choice to have a large family or a multi-family living arrangement. Obviosly you would take your family into consideration, but that's still a finacial issue of affordability. You...
Thats a different "want". In my opinion, you can absolutely want something, yet not want or be able to do so so.
Example, I want a smartphone, really bad actually. I don't want to pay the data package monthly fee associated with it. Still doesn't mean I don't want one though.
Agree, not all 3D televisions are out of the consumer price range. I love how people look at a price of an item, then say I don't want it. What's the fun in that? Where's the imagining or thinking big?
If you go to qriocity.com and sign in using your PSN id you can see all your activated systems or slash sony devices. I have 5 activated PS3 systems for games and 1 PS3 for movies/videos, 1 Bravia HDTV and 2 PSPs. you can just click on what device you want to view, brings up a list then click options button under each system. left hand side says deavtivate system. Qriocity website is nice, all kinds of stuff, including a transaction manager in case something is mistaken.
Agree that it may not be for the average consumer, but totally worth it imo.
I just picked up the XBR-52HX909 a few weeks ago with the 2 glasses, 2 movie, transmitter. My brother and I traded turns on the Pacific Rift Demo for like 2 hours, its awesome.
The 3d sizzle video that was release on the PS Store recently is actually 3D video, do you think that the video/blu-ray 3D patch is not far off?
I agree that its becoming the European "E3", but I think your attendance numbers are a little miss leading.
You have to work in the industry to attend E3 and not open to the public, while I'm pretty sure Gamescom is for a admission price.
Valid point.
Microsoft has something the Sony does not, marketing. You can argue Sony's has been better, but Microsoft can turn sh!t into gold (ala Halo). It'll be interesting to see what finacially backed 3rd parties and hype can do.
Personal opinion aside, I think Kinect is getting a lot of mixed reviews. Like darkride66 said, no mention of lag in this article, yet they comment on voice recognition. Other articles are the complete opposite.
I don't own a X360, but if I did, I think my owns hands on experience would be needed. Its a new way to play games, I think its worth looking into.
Sarcasm? Fair enough, I missed it, I can admit that. But yes, I agree on your stance on game/console haters of any type. Play what you like or spent your money on, but dont shit on my fun.
