Mediocre on what way ? because as far as the game went there's really nothing like it, the game just needed allot of refining they could have done a whole lot more with the concept.

exactly allot of people that reviewd the game on its initial release like IGn, they didn't even finish the game, or at least covered everything the game had to offer, GT5 isn;t a game you can review in 3 days, hence why GT, G4 and Gamespot are yet to review it

really because when nintendo did go behind sony's back and make that deal with Panasonic they gave the rights to that company to make Mario and Zelda, the result was some of the worst games ever made and there virtually unknown to their respective fanbase.

and i agree Half Life 2 is the best FPS i've ever played, and after just finishing it, its probably the most influential shooter this gen looking back allot of shooters i've played in the last 5 years seem to borrow alot of Half Life 2.
