Not trolling, but I think EA has the best 3rd party games. They have quality games in every category. Dragon Age, Mass effect, Battlefield, Madden, Dead Space, Fifa, etc. They may not have the best game of that specific category, but to me they have the most quality 3rd party games.
My favorite 3rd party publishers are NIS and Atlus.
How do you forget the first God of War, that Hydra fight was awesome.
@b163o1 YOu get a bubble from me, because 3D Dot Heros is one of my favorite games this gen.
It's sold out on amazon as well, and rightfully so. The game is amazing.
I don't think the difficultly was taken down. Since you played Demon Souls you had a very good idea of how to play Dark Souls. I think the difficulty was about the same as Demon Souls, but again since a lot of people already played that they knew how to play Dark Souls.
If you use psn cards to buy stuff , you can put in an address from a state that doesn't charge tax, so you can avoid the sales tax if you are not using a credit card.
That statement about their taste is completely wrong in regards to it needing to change. If that were true we would not be getting so many re-releases of older games. There certainly wouldn't have been as big of a fuss as it was about PS1 games not being on the Vita.
How about it's used on games like Sorcery. It gets hot when you use fire magic and cold when you use ice magic. It could also work on future games that use any kind of magic. Or it can reflect your environment.
Vanquish is not a 4 hour game and it is worth $60.
A year and a half before the next gen is more than enough time. If they released God of War 1 in 2007 it would not be as big as it is today. It would be a cult classic, but it wouldn't have been where it's at today. Development for GOW 2 had probably started right after 1 came out so that's why it was on the PS2.
I think everything you said was spot on. It's a waste of money to bring new Ip's to the current gen unless they were in development for years already.
I agree not as good as Disgaea, but its a good game.
I love JRPGs but Star Ocean 4 was really bad. Haven't played the other games you mentioned, but I like quite a few of the JRPGs that Namco has released this gen. I love the tales games and xenoblade is pretty good also.
This game will be coming out on PS3, 360, and PC. It was confirmed on spike tv.
nope
This Tomb Raider and Splitter Cell.
Not sure why all of you are mad when it's 100% true. Only time new Ip's sale really good is at the beginning of a new console release. It's crazy for anyone to say they are greedy, when their 1st priority should be to make money, granted it needs to be a good game. Why should they take a risk when they know they have a sure thing? Why should IW or whoever is making the next COD game make anything new when COD sales keep going up year after year?
It's funny you say that, when most of their game nights are on the PS3. There has only been two games we played on 360 that I can remember MW3 and GRFS.
How can a franchise be milked if it's telling one huge story. All God of War games play a role in the overall story. Not sure what the new one will be about, but if it helps fill in the gaps then that's fine. My favorite gaming series Metal Gear Solid is a milked franchise. Why, because they made a bunch of games that have nothing to do with the story of the first game.
I don't think games that change their stories up every time can be considered milked. Uncharte...
@RXL I stated some of the games I like that EA has come out under the EA logo.
@chronoforce so what if they bought the companies. The games still came out under EA's name, so that makes them EA games.
