After PSVR1 and VR2, a PS6 wouldn't feel like a total package to me without VR. I easily wouldn't buy a PS6 without one...
I'll pick it up if it supports VR like Triangle Strategy
Well said! If anything, for me and many others, flat games are dead. Not having the immersion to satisfy, maybe similar to not being able to play 30 fps games after playing 100+ on PC for so long...
The last of Us would work perfect! Horror, looking around with a flashlight, and guns and bows work really well in VR. Sneaking up and grabbing the infected by the neck and choking them out, or throwing bricks and things to distract them sound good too. Not making one is a missed opportunity.
If it's collecting dust, VR just isn't for you. It's getting good stuff like Aliens, Hitman, Metro, Midnight Walk, Wanderer. My Ps5 would be collecting dust if not for PSVR2. And Quest 3 is not half bad for portable with Batman, and an upcoming full Civilization game...
It should be a crime that they didn't put out a version of part 2 that supports their VR headset. A no-brainer...
I've liked mine since day one and still play it more than flat PS5 games. As long as it gets solid ports I'll continue playing it more than my Quest3...
duh. The pro is just a mid-gen refresh of a 5 year old console...
I always rest mode so I can remote play from work
I wish the old Psvr2 rumors were true
be smart, let someone else do it, take a portion of the profits!
Can probably pick this up cheap in a short while!
With the love for the VR mod for the first one, they'd be smart to put official optional VR support for part 2 from the start!
Remaster ports would be perfect for the VR industry!
I hope it does well and we see more claymation in VR, and games in general!
6 core instead of 8 cpu, 54 CUs instead of 60 GPU, 12 gb instead of 16 GDDR6 ram (192 instead of 256 bit), 432 GB/s instead of 576 mem bandwidth. They're making Sony's case for them. Screenshot comparisons were more effective...
Don't agree. I have both. Quest 3 just doesn't have the power of ps5, and so can't play GT7 or the multiple Resident Evils I bought PSVR2 for, and the games that are on both are better on vr2 due to eye tracked foveated rendering and better haptics. Quest 3 though if you have a good PC to link it to or for non game uses...
Not until they add the VR to it like it should be...
I buy a few big ones, and a lot of smaller VR ones
I bet they dropped another wheelbarrow full of money in front of Capcom for Resident Evil 9 to be next, or I hope so!
