Leon is a one man army who also has a perfect haircut. No backup required.
It's always fun looking back at the completion between the in three, and the occasional silliness and overhype that went with certain games. Great article.
I'm not the biggest fan of Telltale for various reasons, but it has been interesting to see how the Batman mythology and lore has been changed up, much in the same way the TV series Gotham hasn't been afraid to go off the established path.
that's actually one hell of an ideal. would be cool to see him pop up in the game as a bonus. certainly would be a great reward for all the work he's done for the vids.
Yeah the skill level Eric has is amazing. Really excited to see what he does next and hopefully he'll do some official stuff for Tekken 7 :)
As always Ken provides some great insight into his creative process and the industry in general. Great interview.
Great insight on the RE series. I'm hoping to finally start RE Remake since it was on PS Plus this month. Should be a nice return to the series for me and to get even more hyped for whenever Capcom shows RE2 Remake.
It's going to be interesting to see how reactive both publishers, smaller developers, and players are in light of what occurred with No Man's Sky. Game has potential, but it just remains to be seen if everything will be doled out in time or if players have justified reasons to be upset.
It's always great when developers opt to expand the stories and lore of their games through DLC expansions. Just wish we saw it more often, but obviously it's a time and cost intensive thing to do within reason. Great article!
Yeah I do agree the space combat is a tad slow for my liking. While easy to control I do wish the ships moved a bit faster, perhaps similar to how fluid things were in Warhawk for the PS3.
Haven't had any issues myself so far on the PS4. Which console are you playing on?
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video :)
Same here. It's a shame we haven't seen more LOTR games aside from Shadows of Mordor, which to be honest I wasn't really thrilled with.
Yeah my wife wants to grab the NES Classic Edition. Probably buy that and guess my daughter can play it too since that'll be more in her wheelhouse since she's only 4.
Great analysis and insight into the subject.
I'll admit that personally Overwatch never clicked with me on the gameplay side, but I can appreciate how dedicated the community is and how they've taken to all these characters.
This is a very cool game conceptually that stays accurate to the essence of the series. I just wonder if we could see any more complex expansions in the future such as those with fully rendered characters in a "traditional" game setting.
The really cool thing about this new design approach is how there are so many little teases that people are wondering about. Like the new question being raised is how a broken mirror in the house looks somewhat like the Umbrella logo pattern. If Capcom keeps that amount of subtle easter eggs or how they create the lore, I think people are going to be talking about RE7 months after release.
Thankfully Activision no longer has the video game rights to the 007 license.
It's refreshing to see a game take a step back and think about the overall setting and impact it had rather than go for a pure Hollywood style presentation of action that has no consequence or impact. Here's hoping DICE continues this trend if the Battlefield series ultimately goes through the old wars once again (WWII, Vietnam, etc.)
