I never had any issues with framerate or anything with Assassins Creed on PS3. I am replaying it at the moment as I haven't played it for ages, and to get back into the story ready for Assassins 2.
I have been watching some trailers of gameplay for FM3 and compared to GT5p it looks very poor. NFS'shift looks just as good as Forza, if not better with the in car view. This is not because I am a PS3 fanboy, I'm just going with the video's I have seen.(mostly on gametrailers).
I played Kane and Lynch and enjoyed it. I did trade it in though afterwards. Also found Haze alright. GTA4 was good. Haven't played Resistance 2 yet but will do one day, It is now only £15 in some shops.
Killzone is an amazing game. The controls were fine imo.
The difference is minimal. Will not spoil the immersion on either system.
I have got this game for PS3 and it looks great imo. It also plays good with steering wheel and is a very good game. I would reccommend this game to anyone who likes driving games like GRID.

If you play driving games with a steering wheel this is a great game. Its as good as any driving games out now, if not better. Best NFS i have ever played.
I got his game day one and think it is one of the best driving games around at the moment. I use a logitech wheel and it works brilliantly.
I'm not really bothered about damage as I like to drive well and not crash. All the better for it though.
Its not the cheapest game to buy. It's a bit steep for a PSN game.
This is not looking good. Scrapping the demo isn't a good sign.

I have original 2 year old 60 gig and no problems with freezing here. I also have over 50 bluray games. Maybe I am one of the lucky ones. I do keep it well ventilated and clean and use it every day for hours. I did once have to replace bluray as it wouldn't read discs but thats all, never any freezing though.
I want this game. Got my steering wheel set up ready.

This game looks a little like GRID to me but I will still be getting it day 1. Just got DIRT2 and getting this to put me on till GT5 comes. Its suprising how much better a driving game is with a good steering wheel which I got not long ago. I am now really into driving/racing games.
Have played the demo and will not be buying FIFA this year. The gameplay is so similar to last years its hard to see the difference. No way will I pay for very minor updates. What differences there is could easily be done with DLC.
I am looking forward to seeing how this game turns out. It is looking good at the moment with the vidoes I have seen.
