That Master Chief on the right is from the CGI they made for the superbowl and that is a lot better than what you have in game.
On the other hand the Chief on the the PS3 has far more details and better shaders, another slap on the XBOTS's faces.

If you pay attention between 24 to 30s into the video, it's almost impossible to tell it from reality, the lighting is so convincing.

Look at what Insomniac is doing, releasing a massive update to the engine/graphics/physics/multip layer and really fast. Epic is gonna show something really impressive when they release their games exclusively to the PS3, which might happen sooner than you think.

The Wii is selling a lot cause it's bringing casual gamers to the party. As soon as these "casual gamers" develop a taste for the thing, they will demand more complex games in terms of graphics/gameplay/simulation/p hysics and so on.
The Wii is selling but it will not develop itself as a trend, and it will never destroy or lower the demand for AAA titles like MGS4, GT5, FFXIII, R2, LBP.
