If it is MMO than it should be mutliplatform, there is really no reason for not to. But if it is true that it will use white engine, than i guess it can only be for PS3, since that engine is developed to take advantages that PS3 offer.

You can find on internet many articles that white engine IS-IS and again IS engine designed to take advantage on PS3 and ONLY for PS3. White engine will be used on FF13 and FF13vs.
This is why for "Last Remnant" (first PS3/360 game) Unreal Engine 3 was licensed, because white engine IS only for PS3.
