i have to disagree with you on this one. I agree that potentially new IPs could be huge hardware movers, i think everyone is expecting that from Little Big Planet.
But honestly you are down playing importance of MGS4, Resistance 2, Tekken 6, GT5 and Killzone 2(if it delivers). I know people that have bought PS3 just to play MGS4. Sure it wont move like 10 million units but 100% fact is that at least 2-3 million people will buy PS3 or already has, to play ...

I dont agree. Depend by game. God of War need ton of button combination and is geared towards hardcore gamers. But something like Buzz does not need a lot of buttons, and is for casual gamers. Case closed, move on.

I loved question about killzone 2 vs Resistance 2, and Ted gave great answer. No reason to panic, if it happens(never will) fine, great, but these two games only thing they have in common is that they are FPSs.
All Sony needs to do is to have them apart for 45 days and both will sell great. For example if RE2 is in mid November, than release KZ2 in kid September or end of September.

Why cant MS buy them? I say MS because i hardly believe Sony would give 2 billion for any game company, on other hand MS can. If you have 44 billion for garbage like Yahoo than you should have "just" 2 billions for Take Two.

Halo numbers? Give me a brake no way it is going to sell that good.
It wont sell as good as first one either and here are obvious reasons why.
1.GEOW1 sold so good because it was firs real next gen game on consoles, graphic wise and gameplay wise.
2.There was no real competition, no game to challenge it in any way, but this year there will be ton of game, better games, and if not better, than games that people will pick instead of GEOW2. Gamers didn't have that choice back ...
I have seen to many fake infos about HOME that i dont trust any, even if it came from Sonys mouth. I will believe when i see it. But of course lets hope.
