The brothers in arms and Dark Sector comparisons don't really work, as the reason that dark sector was banned was not just the removal of limbs but the screaming and noises the enemies would make when you did it. Thats what I have heard anyway.

Im not really enjoying this game very much. Co-op is ridiculous. The amount of times both characters got stuck in each other was stupid. This game needs patching badly.

Yeah until it interrupts the experience I won't mind. I guess in some games it sort of adds to the realism.
Frustrating when u drive all the way somewhere, and then die and dont have a buddy ready to save u.
Im not really a fan of the save system tho.
To each their own I guess. I tend to agree with the author, but Im only like 20% thru at the moment.

This one is much better a game than Fable 2. Not that they are similar games or anything, but yeah.

Gears 2 will kick its ass, although I guess strictly speaking not a first person shooter.

@ XboxOz your comparing two games that are not at all similar. The only real similarity is that both have guns.
And having put a crap load of time into Gears 1 and then playing Gears 2 I can say now it seems nothing like "just gears 1.5" it is gears 2, and it certainly felt like it aswell.
