This isn’t even correct. The company I work for has similar work weeks during crunch periods. People get so burnt out they leave the company.
It’s called turnover. They work the workers into the ground and just hire someone new when they leave.

NO ONE is happy to be working that much. It’s because the companies are cheap. Has nothing to do with quality. They could simply hire more people or contract out some work to relive stressed workers but they’re for maximizing profits.
