Glad I bought it. I don’t know if any walking simulators that involve gun fights, road building, driving a bike down a mountain, throwing grenades at ghost like enemies, sneaking into enemy encampments and stealing their stuff or scaling mountains.

Pokemon was already insanely streamlined. More streamlining, over 100 cut moves and a small Pokémon roster are a no go from me.

Unfortunately Ubi will just fill it with RPG mechanics and make it an open world base attacking game like ALL their games.
Some of the boredom is intentional. Makes completing some pets very rewarding. It’s very difficult to describe but I defiantly love it.

He’s not wrong. Americans tend to prefer shooty shooty bang bang. Games that are slower and more puzzle like do better over seas. It’s in the numbers. Americans like super fast paced games for the most part.

What you just described is what people are seemingly missing. They seem to think you just hold the stick from destination to destination.
It’s like they’re describing a racing game but just saying you go in circles until you cross the line enough times. They leave out all the meat.
