$300 is still too much for a PS3 to me. I bought one a year ago but quickly returned because it was just decent but not worth the $500. I'm going to buy the 40GB fatboy, because its not going to be worth anything when the Slim comes out.
I would recommend selling your fatboy PS3 now before it drops in price. Especially if you have the 40gb or the 60gb.
