Just ditch D2 and make new DLC for D1, 4v4 MP is just plain stupid and boring.
Played D1 for three years, however, this beta is terrible and has not convinced me to dedicated another three years of purchased DLC and time. I will wait for Bioware's game and maybe get an Xbox X for battlegrounds. Poor effort on the beta, boring, no leveling or item drops and open world exploration like in D1's beta.
Ok... Now Microsoft, steal Sony's talented studios and ideas and you have a recipe for getting ahead in the console business..... Reviews say otherwise from a media standpoint, however, this is mainly subjective. For me, I'm going to purchase a Xbone for Forza 4 and possibly Gears 4. The PS4 is arguably the best gaming console ever conceived and it kept from running back to my wallet for PC hardware. However, I'm tired of waiting for Gran Turismo, so i guess the closest sim i can play is Forza. I don't like Project cars as much due to lack of content and no earning or reward system.
People seem to be missing that there is a TV show behind this game. To me, it's weird, cause I always assumed it's supposed to be a movie/game relationship excluding the Simpsons and Southpark games, not an unproven TV show. I have a feeling people are annoyed by the advertising of the TV show in the game. It reeks of an MS/TV studio deal, and the gaming community is usually leery of in game corperate whoring of any kind.
I'm having a blast playing this game with friends, and alone while scavaging for weapon parts, materials etc.

Bad comparison, eliminating popular studios that drive software sales of your hardware is not the same as closing Sony tech retail stores. These eliminations are Xbox only, not office, or their mobile phone division. It seems they're slowly but surely moving away from Xbox exclusives forever, simply because they can't compete in that category with Sony or Nintendo for that matter in the CONSOLE market.

Well, I guess the partnership with Microsoft and Viacom expired. Yes, Viacom owns GameTrailers and there was a direct partnership between them and Microsoft. That explained all the trickery and nonsense towards PS3 versions of games and BS reviews of exclusives lol. I'm glad they lost popularity and is shutting down. Lying to millions of gamers worldwide didn't help the site at all, they should've stayed independent and honest to keep fans of all platforms.
