No it hasn't.
If you still want to see top shelf gaming and have the rig, there will always be the games. They are constructed on PC's then watered and dumbed down for goonsoles.
But the 360 version stands up damn well against the beast which is a PC.
IT starts at 500 bucks.Which isn't bad.
As for the thing itself, I love my iphone and was looking forward to this but, no multitasking?

It's cool yeah, giant colour kindle/iphone but my wifes crappy macbook does a billion more things than this. To get people off laptops onto tablets, Apple (and the PC makers) need to make them do everything and more.
But every method (without re-encoding entirely which is gay and ruins quality) out there to remux never hard codes the subs. And this is a problem when like me you allot of anime.

Like the earlier poster, I would love Linux to have full hardware gfx support, that way you wouldn't need custom ps3 firmware (unless u want to play pirated ISO's). You could just boot into linux to watch mkv's and such. And yes I know streaming is an answer but it has problems with lag on HD allot, and you cannot control overscan etc.. (stupid bravia)
Plus in these sh1tty economic times, why should I run my beastly 700watt psu PC, just to send video to my powe...
And I have to say the US release is weaker. The music is HORRIBLE and is one track per stage ( I loved the Japanese version when say Ryu tags in, his Ryu SF music kicks in, then when another player tags in, it changes again etc)
Also the Boss difficulty has been dumbed down ALLOT (although I realise most peeps don't care about single player).
And thirdly, I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think it's a tad slower?

I have loved them all (yes even Wind waker). I'm not sure if the time line is that definite though.
It's pretty much one of, if not the greatest franchises in video game history. And yes, that includes anything Square have ever made.

Graphics may not be HD, but the games are 60 fps all day long, no screen tearing or slowdown, and fun as hell. Smash Bros, and New Super Mario Bros are insanely quality software. I'm getting good usage out of mine.

But fps games with no physical controller just don't work. Well so far they don't anyway.

This game is GREAT.

In reality, when the game is released, they will look on the face of it the same, but upon closer scrutiny, the 360 version will have better textures, colours and frame rate.
