Activision is not obligated to platform parity.360 has nothing to do with PS3.People have the right to ask for refund if PS3 advertised(game box,adds,etc) functions are not working.Activision(game maker),Sony(QA greenlight) and retailer are to blame.
It's totally irrelevant if 360,Wii,PC,etc version are running at 2550p 500fps,PS3 version is a separate entity.

Well,everything(retail,casual buzz,good word of mouth) points out that Kinect(360) will dominate this holiday.
Patcher has access to full NPD data and he certainly has more friends in the industry than n4g armchair analysts.Also note that this is an estimate for already sold units,based on the data that Patcher(Wedbush Morgan) has access to,not some crystal ball prediction.And sold here means sold to consumers,not shipped like Sony numbers.
If those numbers were so wrong,Sony would react.
