Remember when patches meant something? sure this fixes a bug, but the fact is it looks like IW is saving all the maps, gametypes, and probably guns for the EXPANSION which will most likely run for $15

so this could sound crazy, but like since these barrels were discovered "far" off the rust map, maybe they just did a poor job making the map and these barrels are from the singleplayer game where the map is originally taken from. our ya, they could have thrown this in there as a hint of things to come....
anyway, we will find out in a month or 2 when we have to buy dlc
