It is a generally good game considering it was made by one guy with limited resources. However, most people agree on the fact that once you've built your mansion, created a mob killing machine and seen all the limited landscapes that are available the game gets old quickly.
Also, for those who say "just explore! there's mountains and rivers and ca- yes. I understand there are different terrains but they are all generated from a basic, limited list of geometry typ...
I agree Pogi, 3D is a gimmick which is over-hyped by the TV industry to make sales. A gimmick like the Kinect, Wii or Move, which I all hope die out soon as they are simply a heavily promoted fad to gain some quick sales.
Half Life 2 is a classic, but it's hardly retro...

Third person shooter? Exactly what game are we talking about? Although I completely agree.. from what I've seen so far this game looks bloody great, let's just hope that this combined with Battlefield 3 in the same month gives the lazy companies in the video game industry a kick up the arse.

PC "gamins" so 90s? PC gaming paves the path for consoles who follow their breadcrumb trail behind them and salvage what they can. PC will always be superior, and who cares if you don't like using PC? He didn't ask anyone to use PC more anyway, just stated it was better. You're wrong Lary, most achievements/trophies are for only MP. I wouldn't bother about a long-lasting community, just that I find a group of people who enjoy the game and look like they will play it for a while.
